  • Order Processing Schedule

    Paid orders start processing only on standard business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Our store adopts dropshipping mode, and all goods are shipped directly from third-party supplier warehouses to customer delivery addresses.
  • Domestic US Shipping Coverage

    We provide delivery service covering all 50 U.S. states including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight, size and destination zone. Standard ground and expedited priority shipping options are available for selection. All delivery windows are estimated timeframes and not fully guaranteed due to uncontrollable logistics factors.
  • Tracking Notification Mechanism

    After goods are handed over to shipping carriers, an automated email with unique tracking number and carrier tracking link will be sent to your checkout email address. You can track real-time delivery status through our order lookup page or official carrier website.
  • Lost & Stolen Parcel Handling

    If tracking shows delivered but you fail to receive the package, you need to launch an investigation request with the shipping carrier first. After carrier investigation completes, contact our support team with order ID and tracking number to file a loss claim. Refunds or reshipment will only be arranged after carrier confirms permanent loss of goods.
  • Shipping Address Modification Restriction

    Address change requests must be sent to support email within 12 hours after order payment confirmation. Once parcels enter carrier transit networks, address revision requests cannot be processed. We do not compensate for misdelivered packages caused by incomplete, misspelled or incorrect shipping addresses provided by buyers.
  • International Shipping Customs Notice

    We support international shipping to selected countries and regions. All destination customs duties, import taxes and brokerage service fees shall be fully borne by receiving customers. Nivonest will not cover any cross-border customs-related expenses of any kind.
