    All unused, unwashed, intact merchandise with complete original packaging and attached brand tags may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery scan confirmation. Custom personalized goods, clearance markdown products, digital downloads, gift cards and opened beauty hygiene items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. Return Application Process

    Submit an email including your full order ID, clear item photos and specific return reason to our support email box. Our customer service team will respond within 24 working hours and issue formal return authorization plus printable shipping labels after review approval.
  3. Shipping Cost Rules
  • Damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items caused by our warehouse error: We cover all return shipping fees completely.
  • Returns requested for personal preference, improper size selection or color mismatch: Customers undertake all return delivery fees; original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
  1. Refund Processing Timeline

    Once our warehouse receives and passes quality inspection on returned items, funds will be refunded to your original payment channel within 5–7 business days. Any refund delays resulting from bank internal review processes are not within our scope of liability.
  2. Damaged & Defective Item Claim Rules

    Customers must send defect photos and corresponding order number to support email within 48 hours upon parcel receipt. We offer free replacement shipments or full order refunds once damage validation is finished, with no extra charges for affected buyers.
